home health care and hospice organization that provides high quality,
cost-effective health care to patients and families coping with acute,
chronic and terminal health care issues in St. Clair, southern Sanilac and
northern Macomb counties.
Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice provides a number of specialized

Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice is proud to announce the celebration of three milestone anniversaries in 2017. Plan now to attend our Open House celebration from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3 at the Port Huron Museum Carnegie Center, 1115 Sixth Street, Port Huron. The public is welcome and there is no charge to attend, but pre-registration is required.
