Founded in 1952, Visiting Nurse Association Health Services, also known as Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice, is a Port Huron-based non-profit home health care and hospice organization that provides high quality, cost-effective health care to patients and families coping with acute, chronic and terminal health care issues in St. Clair, southern Sanilac and northern Macomb counties.  


Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice provides a number of specialized services: within our divisions: Home Health Care Services (Skilled Home Care), Special Care Services (Personal, Respite Care, and medication set-up), In-home Hospice Care (Skilled Hospice Care), In-Patient HospiceFacility and our Adult Day Care program for patients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
